Chocolate Brownie Mug Cake Prep
We use ramekins instead of a mug because once mixed together it goes a long way. Ramekins are small so the mixture can easily fit between three. Some ingredients are easy to find in the supermarket, but some may need to be bought off Amazon or your favourite online store, these ingredients are:
- Raw Organic Cacao
- Coconut Flour
- Coconut Fractionated Oil
- Sugar-free chocolate chips or Chocolat Madagascar 100% Cocoa

Recipe Notes And Recommendations
This Chocolate Brownie Mug Cake is best served with natural yogurt or your favourite cream. We use coconut yogurt, it is very refreshing and feel it's the perfect accompaniment.
Keto Chocolate Brownie Mug Cake
- 1.5 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Raw Organic Cacao
- 2 tbsp Xylitol
- 1 large Egg
- 4 tbsp Alpro Cuisine Coconut Cream
- 1 tbsp Coconut Fractionated Oil
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips (optional)
Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry and beat until smooth.
Add the chocolate chips and mix together.
Add the mixture to ramekins or a mug half-full, they will double in size when cooking.
Put into the microwave and cook for 1.40 seconds. My microwave is 800 watts.
