It is hard to find a good keto coconut mug bread, but you will be pleased to know this is the real deal. It is tasty as is and toasts just right. When giving up wheat bread having a substitute helps with the giving-up the process…you’ve got to have that perfect hit and we believe this is it.
The good news is, this keto bread is gluten-free, wheat-free, sugar-free, nut-free and virtually carb-free. See how amazing it is, you now need to bake it, try it and leave me your verdict below.
Going wheat-free can take a drastic toll on your emotions, I know I’ve been there and it hurts like crazy! Bread bread bread oh glorious bread, it can be the hardest thing in the world giving up, it’s yummy and very addictive especially with lashings of butter on it.
We all know wheat and gluten can take its toll, it’s excessively refined and full of yeast and additives. It’s a well-known fact that bread is a major source of sickness as is dairy and sugar, hence our bodies need a lot less or none.
Coconut Mug Bread Tips
We think this mug bread is easier to make than a loaf because it’s always fresh, you can make it minutes when that craving comes on.
When it’s fresh, it tastes better too, it’s less egg tasting and not overly crumbly. It’s great with butter whether toasted or not, and sandwiched between burgers or your favourite meat.
It makes your life easier when you prepare foods with a kitchen appliance rather than mix or cook by hand. We use a Vitamix to make this brownie, but you can easily use a good quality food processor such as a Magimix. You will also need a greased mug or three ramekins, and a microwave.
In our house, we use a combination of blenders and food processors to prepare foods for different recipes. For good kitchen appliances check out Reviews of Kitchen Appliances We Use and Recommend!
