Bread Preparation

It makes your life easier when you prepare foods with a kitchen appliance rather than mix or cook by hand. We use a Vitamix to make this brownie, but you can easily use a good quality food processor such as a Magimix. You will also need a greased mug or three ramekins, and a microwave.

Step by Step Instructions:

  • Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry and beat until smooth.
  • Add the mixture to a mug and pat it down a little.
  • Put into the microwave and cook for 1.40 seconds. My microwave is 800 watts.
  • You can remove, slice and eat as is or toast it lightly.
