Step by Step Instructions:
- Add all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and beat until smooth.
- Add the mixture to a mug and pat it down a little.
- Put into the microwave and cook for 1.40 seconds. My microwave is 800 watts.
- You can remove, slice and eat as is or toast it lightly.
