Maybe you have never heard of Goji Tomato Lentil Soup, if not you are missing out on a real treat. In my house there are some who are not fond of soups…period, they just won’t entertain it!
That all changed when I first started experimenting with this particular soup, it certainly got their attention. Wow, even the cynical ones tried it, but not without positive criticism to which I am eternally grateful…they said, ‘mum it’s too sweet’. To cut a long story short of perfecting it this soup took at least four attempts to foolproof it.
I knew I’d hit jackpot when everyone sat down to eat and no-one said a word, there was complete silence with a resounding ‘oh yes that was so yummy’ with their thumbs up. This soup proves with only a handful of ingredients you can eat healthy very easily.

It makes your life easier when you prepare foods with a kitchen appliance rather than mix or cook by hand. We use a Tefal Soup Maker to make soups, but it can be cooked in a pan on the stove then blended easily with a good quality hand blender such as KitchenAid.
In our house, we use a combination of blenders and food processors to prepare foods for different recipes. For good kitchen appliances check out Reviews of Kitchen Appliances We Use and Recommend!
