This is a very rich protein berry smoothie recipe with yummy vanilla connotations that bends all rules. I never thought a vegan protein drinks could be so delicious, and wow overflowing with so many nutrients...you'll love it!
I call it my high-ranking shake because it is packed with so many nutrients without spoiling the flavour. With added strawberries, blueberries and blackberries, combined with minerals, Aloe Vera and probiotics, this makes this one to grab if you like running up mountains.
It could be considered a refreshing meal replacement and could be used for weight control. If you’re serious about a calorie controlled diet to lose weight check out my review Modere M3 Body System – Sustaining, Syncing, Igniting & Living Clean. Most smoothie recipes include bananas, but what if you don’t like bananas? It’s bazaar I know but it’s a common phenomenon; my family and even some of my friends don’t like bananas.
So, while I agree bananas make smoothies gorgeously creamy there is an amazing fruit called avocado. As long as you add a little, it won’t taste bitter or go thick and clumpy – trust me!
Protein Berry Smoothie Tips
This rich protein berry smoothie is vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free. It is made with quality pea protein which is loaded with amino acids and other added nutrients. With only a handful of ingredients, it proves you can get healthy without the dairy!
Ingredients and execution are simple. I use vanilla protein because I love that flavor, but you can also add Modere Rich Chocolate Protein as an alternative.
My family and I use a lot of Modere products because they’re organic, they work on a cellular level and they promote the living clean message. I have written many reviews on Modere products…check them out here Modere Product Reviews to Bring You Back to Beautiful.
I think everyone will go crazy for this smoothie, be prepared that they’ll be wanting seconds! If you use frozen berries, it will produce an ice-cream texture, and eating it with a spoon tells your brain it’s naughty but nice!
It makes your life easier when you prepare foods with a kitchen appliance rather than mix by hand. We use a Vitamix to prepare this delicious smoothie, but you can easily use a good quality hand blender such as KitchenAid.
In our house, we use a combination of blenders and food processors to prepare foods for different recipes. For good kitchen appliances check out Reviews of Kitchen Appliances We Use and Recommend!
