Though we suggest a choice of apple juice or your favourite nut milk, it’s worth while remembering that milk will make your smoothie creamier, and creamier again with added coconut yogurt.
If vanilla coconut yogurt is hard to get hold of, then use natural. We use Coyo because it’s vegan, thick and super creamy unlike others that are thin and sloppy.

Step By Step Instructions:
- Place the apple juice, banana, raspberries, coconut yogurt and Mineral Supplement in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, the power of your blender will make the difference as to how long it needs to be blended.
- Add a little more liquid if it’s too thick.
- Taste for sweetness, then your stevia or honey if you prefer it sweeter.
